Yes. The cruise terminal is just a few minutes from the centre. With a 4-hour port call there's plenty of time for a 30 or 60-minute tuk tuk tour, and still time to stroll around the port or grab a drink before heading back on board.
We recommend allowing the length of the tour plus an hour to spare. For the 30-minute Express Tour, an hour and a half from stepping off to getting back is more than enough.
City Hall and its gardens, Plaza de la Merced with Picasso's birthplace, the Gibralfaro viewpoint with its views over the bay, and the views of the bullring. It's the full panoramic loop of the historic centre.
