Cookie policy

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. It is used to remember information between pages: from keeping a session open to measuring how many people visit the site.

2. Cookies used by this website

Only technical and strictly necessary cookies, which are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE):

Cookie	Purpose	Duration
ecomove_session	Keeps track of your session while you fill in the booking or contact form, so that we can show you any validation errors without losing what you have written.	2 hours
XSRF-TOKEN	Security cookie that protects the forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. Without it, a booking could not be submitted.	2 hours

3. Cookies we do NOT use

• We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool.
• We do not use Meta, TikTok or Google Ads pixels, or those of any other advertising network.
• We do not use personalisation or profiling cookies.
• Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts or to any external CDN either.

4. Links to external services

The WhatsApp and social media buttons are ordinary links: they do not load any third-party scripts on this website. Only when you click one of them do you leave the site, and the cookie policy of the relevant service then applies.

5. How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that, as these are technical cookies, if you block them the booking form will stop working.

• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox
• Safari
• Microsoft Edge

6. If this changes

If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this page and introduce a prior consent banner that will block those cookies until you accept them.
